Seen the 1st 2 pages but left cause i felt it might kill the anime for me. What are some your guys thoughts on reading the manga first then watching the anime ?

I've always preferred the anime to the manga, as gorgeous as the artwork can be I still prefer moving animation than stills. So it's not really about spoilers, just my preferred medium.

It depends on the story, but for the most part the manga and anime are usually differant enough that I will usually try both if I like the story (as with Planetes for example).

As for spoilers - well you'll get them regardless for the other one no matter which you start with.

I'm more inclined to go with whichever medium I have the whole thing of first, then go over to the other one, rather than trying to follow both simultaneously.

Guilty Crown is an original anime production, so the manga in this case is an adaptation of the anime. Most anime-to-manga adaptations have been pretty bad (Cowboy Bebop, TTGL, etc) so proceed with caution.

The manga will most likely add some side stories and background history on characters but you wont get any spoilers as the anime will air before the manga chapters. Manga only begins serialisation this month.
