@GL - I've only seen the movie as well, which I thought was pretty awesome - very dark though. >_< Keep us posted on the series once you start it up. ;)

Havent decided yet. Gonna try and get the movie from my friend to test if the series is worth it first.

Oh, I see. Hmmm... Not sure if the series will be in the same light as the movie though, best to get some feedback on the series itself I rate. ::)

ABUNAI DESU!!! While the Ninja Scroll movie is several shades of awesome - one of the defining anime movies of its time, the series is one of the most horrible things I've ever seen!!! Really, truly awful! Don't say I didn't try and warn you. I very strongly suggest you get a fansub for viewing before you lay out the cash on an original copy.

Was stunned to find it, but i managed to get 2 VERY rare titles! :D :D :D

Ninja Scroll series is crap, disgrace to the awesomeness of the movie, but they needed to cash in I suppose, took them long enough :)

I received The Story of little Monica yesterday.

After an 8-year long wait a friend finally got hold of the entire Slayers series and another friend   has started replacing her Funimation DVDs with their Blu-ray counterparts.
 I wish I had the money for a region free Blu-ray player. :'(

WTF, is this the same friend who has 3 boxsets of Berserk? How much money does she have!?

Im a bit strapped for cash, can she get me the GiTS boxsets? She can watch them too I dont mind. Thanks, that would be ace.
