Slightly off-topic but whats all the fuss with gold-plated hdmi cables?

Gold is a better conductor of electricity so it'll give you better sound/picture. Unless you're a audio/videophile it's not really worth the extra cash.

Went back to Bayoneta, progressed past previous part where I was stuck only to get stuck in another place. I dont know why they make the "block ability" something you have to buy - should be a stupid basic ability.

Also won my first FIFA World Cup Online game and played Gears of War 2 Multiplayer with a friend. Anybody else play GOW2 on LIVE?

I've decided to sell off aqll of my original Xbox 360 games. The reason being I have no idea when I'll purchase another Xbox350 - even the new ones coming in are expansive.

Some of the games I already have on PC (like GTA4) and some I know I'll never play (Halo 3).

It's a decision I didn't take likely.

I'm going to, but not for a long time. Things like Steam prices (and Xbox360 controller on PC), PC studies, work, etc stop me from having another gaming platform. Not to mention the price.

Will probably play mostly online as I dont have time for Career Mode. Its always fun to play against friends.

Gears of War 2

Finally got the All Fronts DLC - all 19 multiplayer maps as well as a deleted level. Giving it a bash now.

Quick notice for all those Gears of War 2 players out there.

There will be a "Gears of Fitness" 22x XP Event starting today and will run until March 7th and apply to all multiplayer game modes.

Finished Pure last week. Was fun while it last but the AI just got too frikin good of note. At least I manged to got all 1st place on all tracks.
