Downloads, Filesharing, etc, etc...

Sorry to disappoint but there are no downloads to found here.

Obviously everybody downloads stuff from the interwebs. So I was just curious as to where you get it from and what you use. And more importantly; are you happy with it?

I use:

Torrents
What: uTorrent
From: BTjunkie, TorrentDay & NyaaTorrents
Am I happy: Being on a shaped line, torrents only work off-peak = after midnight for me.

Direct Downloads
What: myDownloader.net & DownThemAll! (firefox addon)
From: Most filehosting sites (MU, Uploading, RS, MF, etc)
Am I happy: I cant queue up downloads, but aotherwise its works fairly well.

Any other methods? Please mention them.

Please try and keep it "clean" guyz, as much as possible at least... >_< ...else I'll be forced to edit out any content that conflicts with forum-rules/SA-laws (no direct-links to illegal downloads).

Quick question. Does anyone own a premium a/c on a filehosting site. Is it worthwhile (if you not an uploader)? I mean do you actually get a speed increase?

For torrents I use BitComet.

Direct downloads I have a Mega Upload account. I haven't noticed speed increases, but I can line up the downlaods I need with their app.

If you have uncapped it might be worth it.
But torrents seem to be more popular...
