I'd rather collect the Blade of the Immortal manga's imo, although i've only seen one episode of the anime, it didn't really impress me :|

I'm happy though ^^ My Honey and Clover boxsets are coming soon!! XD yay!! ^^

Ah! I really want to get some old Geneon-owned titles like Tenchi Muyo: Universe ... sadly those boxes are no longer in production and no one's picked up the right to them sadly :(

Kuragehime
Quote from: ANN
The story centers around Tsukimi Kurashita, a huge fan of jellyfish (kurage, a wordplay on the "kura/mi" and "tsuki/ge" in her name) and a girl who moves to Tokyo to become an illustrator. She moves into "Amamizukan," an apartment complex that is full of fujoshi (diehard female otaku) with a no-men-allowed rule. However, one day, Tsukimi invites a stylishly fashionable woman to stay at her room at Amamizukan — only to discover that the guest is not who "she" seems to be.

Wow, it has been a long time since I have enjoyed the opening sequence of an anime series.

FUNi has licensed Kuragehime, which they will be calling Princess Jellyfish.

I’m really looking forward to this one.

Anime Wishlist ...

Anyway I’m so excited about the  upcoming release of the  UTENA Remastered DVD Set
The first of three, limited-edition DVD box sets will feature remastered video,  a newly created Dolby Digital 5.1 Japanese audio track from the recent Japanese DVD release, Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo for English and Japanese audio, plus English-language subtitles and on-screen translations.

Quote
On-disc extras will include the clean opening and closing, both a live-action video and TV spot for the opening single, and TV commercials for the Japanese release. Additionally, the set will be housed in a collectors’ art box and also include a book with content from the limited-edition Japanese release with episode commentary, discussions about the series’ updated audio, video, and opening and closing sequences, and the first installment of production notes from the Japanese laser disc release.

I (and a  number of other fans) had the opportunity to ask Kunihiko Ikuhara, (the director of the REVOLUTIONARY GIRL UTENA television series and the movie) a number of questions. Sadly I passed on the chance because even if it’s just via text, the  prospect of talking to anyone famous is a too intimidating.   :-[

Don’t know what I’m going to do with this one though

Neon think of it like this. You go to your local bookstore to pick up the next  book in The Sword of Truth series and perhaps buy A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin  as well (Ahzure and BB keeps on telling how great the series is)  At the same time, the store is having a Q & A session with George R.R. Martin. Now, while it would great to  sit and listen to what  the man has to say or what questions the fans might pose, you haven’t read  the (all of the) books yet.  Rather go home and enjoy the books perhaps you'll get a chance to asking questions some time in the future.  ;)

Azhure what "extras" do you in such long named limted edition as that?

Claymore is officially on my wishlist/to watch list.
I see the complete collection is available from Zavvi for 8 pounds which is about R80 - A steal! But I don't know how much shipping and imports costs will be.

Also the Genshiken Complete Edition, was supposed to be released this past March but haven't seen it yet.

EDIT:
Just checked Take2 Takealot now, it was released in April and is now sold out (US supplier). Great stuff, how long will I have to wait now?

Firstly, sorry about taking so long to reply to your post.
The extras included
- Clean opening, clean closing
- Live-action video for opening single
- A book  containing  a discussion of the updated audio and video, discussions about the series' opening and closing sequences, episode commentary and production notes from the Japanese laser disc release.

The order has been confirmed for the  Revolutionary Girl Utena: The Apocalypse Saga L.E boxset.
